To book Inspire Nuptials by Liv for your event, simply fill out our contact form and provide us with your event details. We will respond within 24 hours to schedule a consultation and discuss your needs and vision for the event.
It’s best to book your planner as early as you can — ideally 12 to 18 months out for weddings, and around 6 to 12 months for other events. The earlier you start, the more options you’ll have (and the less you’ll stress later on!). But don’t worry — even if you’re on a shorter timeline, we can still jump in and make it happen.

We work with a variety of venues, including hotels, event spaces, private estates, and more. We can also help you find the perfect venue if you haven't already selected one.
Of course! Weekday and off-season weddings can be some of the most beautiful (and budget-friendly) celebrations. We’re all about making your day amazing, no matter the date.
To lock in your date, we ask for a 30% deposit up front. This secures your spot on our calendar and gets the planning officially started!

If you need to cancel, just let us know as soon as possible. Please note that the 30% deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and planning time. Any additional payments made may be refundable depending on how close we are to your event date. We’ll always do our best to be fair and work with you.
